Close to Glossop and Manchester, this welcoming and well appointed Victorian house is run by Judy and Brian Mairs.
Woodlands B&B is within easy walking distance of 3 local pubs serving good food. Menus for these and other local restaurants are available.
We have a guest lounge where people can relax anytime during their stay.
We are close to Lyme Park and you can easily travel to Chatsworth House or Haddon Hall via a pleasant drive through Derbyshire’s Peak District. The great showcaves of Castleton plus Edale and the Hope valley are even closer. Alternatively, travel south to Buxton, Ashbourne and Dovedale.

If you are a business traveller, why not come and stay in the peace and quiet of the countryside, relax in luxury and refresh yourself for the next day.
Judy has been selected as a top 20 finalist in the prestigious AA ‘Landlady Of The Year’ event in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2008.
