Bed and Breakfast
The Barn B&B at Ashe Hall in Derby, is committed to creating a calm and uplifting environment. This Derbyshire B&B provides the first English Tourist Council accredited Bed & Breakfast accommodation in the UK dedicated to World Peace.
With its smoke-free, alcohol-free environment, The Barn at Ashe Hall bed and breakfast accommodation is the ideal place to rest, relax and enjoy a holiday or stopover. Ashe Hall has 38 acres of mature woodlands, lawns, flowerbeds and grounds and is surrounded by rolling countryside yet only 6 miles from Derby city centre. Guests can enjoy the peaceful environment, walks in the grounds or join in the meditation classes offered at the Hall, home of the Tara Buddhist Centre. This authentic Meditation Centre, available for meditation and contemplation, is open to guests and to the public.
The Barn has 18 rooms which are 3 star rated. All rooms have broadband Wi-Fi access, 24hr heating as required, 3 rooms have full ensuite facilities. One twin and we welcome children. Breakfasts are vegetarian (lunch and supper provided on request) or you may prefer to eat in the World Peace Café within the Hall itself.

Decorated to a high standard throughout, our B&B rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation has an English Tourism Council 3-Diamond rating. There are 5 single rooms (3 with ensuite facilities), and one twin available within The Barn B&B courtyard, all with tea and coffee making facilities.
The kitchen provides an idyllic place for breakfast. It is furnished using locally produced tiles from Dove Dale. The feel is traditional but with a modern finish.
