Hallishaw Cote

Hallishaw Cote is a converted  barn situated on a hill farm in Birch Vale. The property has its own private access road, and stands alone surrounded by fields and drystone walls. Privacy and seclusion make Hallishaw Cote the perfect place to "get away from it all"! The barn is spacious and full of character, providing quality accommodation for eight people.

Hallishaw Cote is very convenient for the village of Hayfield (and Kinder scout - 2088ft), which is approximately one mile away. The area is ideal for anyone keen on outdoors activities or as a relaxing base for exploring the Peak District.

It has double glazing and is centrally heated throughout. A south-facing paved area with garden furniture is perfect for barbeques, and safe secluded lawned gardens are to the front and rear. There is ample car parking space and exterior sensor lighting.

The fully-fitted kitchen has all amenities including dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a tumble dryer with a coin meter. The light, spacious dining room has a large, oak refectory table which comfortably seats eight people. The lounge has a colour TV, video and living-flame gas fire.

There are two bedrooms with double beds. The en-suite bedroom, with a second shower, has a four poster bed. Also two twin-bedded bedrooms. All bedrooms have original oak beams and are tastefully furnished to a high standard. The main bathroom has a shower and bath. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with a third toilet and washbasin.
