Self Catering

Saffi House is a light and airy 3 storey modern stone cottage. Situated only 5 miles from the spa town of Buxton, it offers the convenience of a town setting with easy access to the wildest areas of the Peak District (see photograph on the left). It is close to the railway plus 11 pubs, 9 restaurants, sailing club and golf within a 20 minute or so walking radius. There is a garage (with access from inside the property) which offers secure storage for bikes or car. This property would be ideally suited to a group of 6-8 e.g. two families who wish to explore the Peak District by day but require a night life as well.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen/diner (with patio doors leading to the private small rear garden a  utility room, WC and cloakroom. On the first floor you will find the comfortable lounge and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (complete with a double shower).

The second floor has the other double bedroom, a family room, with a double bed, a cot, and a pull out chair bed (we have also provided an additional mattress for this chair bed for extra comfort).

Also on the second floor are a bathroom and two single rooms with ’guest’ beds that pull out to convert a room for one into a room for two.

Furnished to high standards throughout. Smoking allowed on ground floor only.
