Stag Weekends in the Peak District

The Peak District is easily reached from all directions, making it a great central meeting point for all your stags. The wild, spectacular landscape is the perfect location for your active day out. Or if you prefer a more laid-back stag weekend,  there are many beautiful walks and country pubs for you to relax with a pint.

What makes the Peak District so good?

Manchester and Sheffield are just a stone's throw away, so after an action packed day out in the great outdoors you can head off to party the night away.

Companies can organise a specially designed package for you and your stags which include an activity during the daytime, a night out with VIP night club entry and overnight accommodation.

It's a Knockout

For the ultimate in stag weekend fun, if you have a large group, this is is a must. If you don't remember Stuart Hall's BBC TV series from the 70s and 80s, Google it and you will see why this is a popular activity for both stags and hens. This activity involves going head-to-head against the girls for an afternoon of assault course, inflatables and foam fun, all the while dressed up in hilariously silly costumes. A bottle of champers is on ice for the winner, so ensure your stags are on top form to prevent their pride taking a battering by the ladies.

Paintballing

Paintball has become an increasingly popular game where players compete in teams to eliminate their opponents by tagging them with paintballs fired from a paintball gun. This game is usually played in woodland where participants can use the trees to hide behind and creep up on their opponents. Paintballing centres provide all equipment for participants including paintball guns, paintballs and clothing; which usually consists of a helmet, goggles and padded clothing.

Laser Clays

Test out your skills with a laser 'shotgun'. Sadly the clays don't shatter when you score a direct hit, but the fun comes in challenging your mates to see who can register the most hits.

Off Road Driving

Test your driving skills to the maximum with an off road driving experience on some demanding terrain, where participants can bring out their competitive sides with time trials and scores on how well they can control their vehicle. There are various vehicles that can be used for off-roading, including quad bikes, Honda pilots and 4x4 vehicles.

Treasure Hunts

The 'treasure' is generally liquid! You can choose your start and finish venues and will have great fun solving the clues and completing the amusing and bizarre challenges along the way.
