Tea, coffee or other beverages and our home made fayre in splendid surroundings. Enjoy our mature gardens and views over the High Peak from the comfort of our conservatory. If you wish to linger a while in the area, we can offer top quality AA "4 gold stars" bed and breakfast accommodation or for a longer self-catering stay, rent the Barn, our luxury apartment (new in 2009).

You are assured of a warm welcome when you visit, Judy Mairs was a top 20 Finalist in the AA Landlady of the Year 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2008. The tea room and accommodation are in the Peak National Park close to Lyme Park and directly on the Trans Pennine Trail.
